The National Library of Australia is one of the nations' repository libraries. Along with the State Libraries we collect Australian publications. Here is a link for the National Library of Australia homepage.

The NLA currently has projects going focusing on Comics, Graphic novels and zines. Particularly from self publishers and Australians published overseas but not here in Oz.

We hope to increase the presence of this material in the National collection. The main way we do this is through Legal deposit. We would also be very interested in hearing from anyone with information about the comics that appear on our List of Dreams.

Legal deposit is relevant to everyone who publishes within Australia.
